We look after properties for clients who have a second home locally, and organise trades if they  are in need of any general maintenance. As a trusted key holder, we can accept deliveries on your behalf and let tradespeople access the property.

From plumbers to chimney sweeps, carpet cleaners to electricians, projects can be completed smoothly during your absence, providing you with the knowledge and peace of mind that your home is secure and progress has  still been made.
